    Hop-In Vaccine Day, April 1, 2024 from 8:30 am -4:00 pm at the Lake Superior Community Health Center, located at 2222 E 5th Street Superior, WI 54880.  No appointment is needed.  Age 4-18 children can get routine vaccinations. Examples: D-Tap, HPV, Flu and Covid.  Douglas County residents.  Please bring insurance info if you do have insurance.  Also accepting non-insured.  Medicaid and American Indian/Alaskan Native Children.
